No puedes usar el servicio para fines ilegales, para registrar información fraudulenta, ni intentar vulnerar la seguridad de la plataforma o de otros usuarios.
Los datos que registras son tuyos y de tu empresa. Nosotros los procesamos para operar el servicio según nuestra Política de Privacidad. Eres responsable de la exactitud de los datos y de conservar tus propios comprobantes fiscales.
Nos esforzamos por mantener el servicio disponible, pero no garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones. Podemos realizar mantenimiento o cambios cuando sea necesario.
El servicio es una herramienta de apoyo administrativo. No somos responsables de decisiones fiscales, contables o legales que tomes con base en los datos o reportes generados. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos o pérdida de datos. Te recomendamos descargar y respaldar tu información periódicamente.

Sacha Llakta operates from the United States. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and applicable United States federal law, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by the laws of your state.
